Meet The Owners
Molly Canu
Certifications: AAPT, NASM, Pre/Post-Natal, TRX Suspension and Rip Trainer
Molly has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, and over the last several years has successfully managed a robust private personal training business. She is an avid runner and loves the outdoors. Although her private business focused primarily on one on one personal training, she has a strong background with small group and boot camp style workouts. She has trained clients for weight loss, marathons, health management (reducing blood pressure, managing diabetes, etc.…), strength training, and injury prevention. As a mom herself, Molly has a passion for working with Pre/Post-Natal clients and loves helping women find their strength after babies. She spends her spare time chasing her son around the Tarrytown playgrounds, working on her own fitness goals, and dabbling in theatre.
Tony Canu
B.S. Exercise Science
As a lifelong athlete, Tony has firsthand exposure to exercise and strength programs designed to improve performance. He also experienced his fair share of injuries over the years which led him to the physical therapy field and a major in Exercise Science. After graduating from Sacred Heart University, he worked in many different areas of the fitness industry, and has worked with high school, college and professional athletes as a strength and conditioning coach. He also spent a number of years working in the corporate fitness industry, as well as at Cardiac Rehab facility (administering EKGs and prescribing exercises for post-surgery). This breadth of experience eventually led to his career in personal training, which allowed him to focus on the injury prevention side of exercise science while helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. After a period of managing a full team of trainers at a commercial gym in New York City, Tony started his own successful personal training business working with clients of all fitness levels. When not exercising, Tony likes to play soccer, is an avid drummer and guitarist, and cooks a mean Italian dinner.
