Q: When should I arrive?
A: Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts.
Q: What if I am running late?
A: Get dressed and join us in the least disruptive way possible.
Q: I've never worked out before, will this class be too much?
A: Absolutely not! Our instructors are pros at programming and will modify exercises for you on the fly. We promise you'll get just the right amount of ass-kicking every time.
Q: How long are classes?
A: Classes run about 45 minutes. They include an active warm up, the main event, and a cool down /stretch.
Q: What do I do to prepare for class?
A: Put on gym clothes and your favorite sneakers, eat something small a half hour to an hour prior to class, and bring your best attitude.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Classes are refundable up to 24 hours prior to start time.
Q: I have an injury or medical limitation, can I still come to class?
A: As long as you have the go a head from your Doctor, we would love to have you! Please inform your instructor of any injury or issue that needs modification and they will tweak your program accordingly.
