Fit Inn Youth Program, Starting November 5th!
Ages 11-14, Coed.
2 Classes per week for 6 weeks, Classes are 60 minutes long.
Tuesday/Thursday beginning at 3:45 PM (Early arrivals can foam roll and do some light arm ups.)
3:45 PM - 4:45 PM(Extra Foam rolling and warmups can be done on early arrival.)
$300 for the 6 week program($25 a class.)
An initial assessment will include: Lower body strength, power, and
stability. Upper body strength and power. Students will be reevaluated at
the end of the 6 weeks.
Tuesdays: Strength & Conditioning - Learning the proper form and
application of strength and power exercises. Student will leave class with
a strong understanding of weight lifting and plyometric exercises.
Thursdays: Speed & Agility - Increase performance with agility drills.
Students will work on endurance, footwork, and coordination.
*No make ups for missed classes. If a class is cancelled by the Fit Inn, a
make-up date will be scheduled.
**There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving. Classes will end
