Looking for a fun, effective group workout? Our small group classes are capped at 12 people, so you can get the attention you need (or hide behind the other 11 people). We have a range of offerings including HIIT, strength training, and conditioning classes. You will learn proper technique and burn a ton of calories.

The Rockefeller (Strength Training)
This workout is a classic. throwing it back to the lifting days of yore. You can expect all of your traditional exercises strung together to create a rock solid strength training class.
The Metronorth Sprint (H.I.I.T.)
That moment when the train is pulling in and you push it out full sprint up the station stairs and down to the train. That's kind of what this class is like, but without all the stress. A high intensity, full body workout, that will torch calories and leave your heart pounding.
The Tappan Zee (Conditioning)
A nod to our favorite view. This class will have you ready for crew with its awesome combination of Rowers, Suspension Trainers , Kettlebells, and Sleds.
All classes can be modified to be pre/post-natal friendly!
