The Rockefeller
A classic lifting workout. This class is designed to teach you proper technique, build muscle, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
Youth Classes
Our Youth Program, tailored for ages 11-14, aims to teach students the correct techniques for strength, power, and agility exercises. This program provides a chance to acquire lifelong skills and prevent the formation of ineffective and unsafe strength training practices. By the end of the class, students will have a solid grasp of weightlifting techniques, enhanced endurance, improved footwork, and better coordination. If you are looking for a private youth class, we may accommodate groups of 4 or more.
The Hudson
Whether your doctor recommended adding weight training to your routine, you’re finishing up PT, or you’re just curious about getting stronger, this basics class is designed to simplify strength and provide you with more mobility/stability work. This beginner-friendly class includes a dynamic warm-up, a full-body strength circuit, and a stretch and mobility conclusion.
The Metronorth Sprint
That moment when the train is pulling in and you push it out full sprint up the station stairs and down to the train... That's kind of what this class is like, but without all the stress. A high intensity, full body workout, that will torch calories and leave your heart pounding.

Not ready to jump into classes? Prefer individualized attention and programming? We are offering personal training in the setting that makes you most comfortable. Reach out for more information and a personal assessment. Let us help you safely navigate your fitness routine. We also offer partner training for an additional $20 per session.
