A classic lifting workout. This class is designed to teach you proper technique, build muscle, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.

 
 

Youth Classes

Our Youth Strength and Conditioning Program, tailored for ages 11-14, aims to teach students the correct techniques for strength, power, and agility exercises. This program provides a fantastic chance for students to acquire lifelong skills and prevent the formation of ineffective and unsafe strength training practices. By the end of the class, students will have a solid grasp of weightlifting techniques, enhanced endurance, improved footwork, and better coordination. Scheduling is as follows: Tues 4:30 PM : Girls S&C Fri 4:30 PM: Boys S&C Sun 12:30 PM: Coed S&C Classes are capped at 8 students. If you are looking for a private youth group for your students on another day/time, we are happy to try to accommodate groups of 4 or more.

The Metronorth Sprint

That moment when the train is pulling in and you push it out full sprint up the station stairs and down to the train... That's kind of what this class is like, but without all the stress. A high intensity, full body workout, that will torch calories and leave your heart pounding.

Reach out for more information and a personal assessment. Let us help you safely navigate your fitness routine. We also offer partner training for an additional $20 per session.
