Molly Canu (Owner)
Molly has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, and over the last several years has successfully managed a robust private personal training business. Although her private business focused primarily on one on one personal training, she has a strong background with small group and boot camp style workouts. She has trained clients for weight loss, marathons, health management (reducing blood pressure, managing diabetes, etc.…), strength training, and injury prevention. As a mom herself, Molly has a passion for working with Pre/Post-Natal clients and loves helping women find their strength after babies. She spends her spare time chasing her sons around the Tarrytown playgrounds, working on her own fitness goals, and dabbling in theatre.
Anthony Canu (Owner)
As a lifelong athlete, Tony has firsthand exposure to exercise and strength programs designed to improve performance. He also experienced his fair share of injuries over the years which led him to the physical therapy field and a major in Exercise Science. After graduating from Sacred Heart University, he worked in many different areas of the fitness industry, and has worked with high school, college and professional athletes as a strength and conditioning coach. He also spent a number of years working in the corporate fitness industry, as well as at Cardiac Rehab facility (administering EKGs and prescribing exercises for post-surgery). This breadth of experience eventually led to his career in personal training, which allowed him to focus on the injury prevention side of exercise science while helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. After a period of managing a full team of trainers at a commercial gym in New York City, Tony started his own successful personal training business working with clients of all fitness levels. When not exercising, Tony likes to play soccer, is an avid drummer and guitarist, and cooks a mean Italian dinner.
Emily Leonard
Emily Leonard is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach. In elementary school, she failed the flexed arm hang portion of the Presidential Fitness Test with a score of zero. She grew up doing musical theatre and reading a lot, and generally avoided doing anything that might be construed as “exercise.”
As an aspiring actor in college, she reluctantly began running as a way to stay in shape. Over the next few years she did several half-marathons, and then started taking boot camp classes hoping to see more muscle definition. In those classes, she discovered that getting stronger made her feel unstoppable—and that’s when she found her way into the weight room and never looked back.
Emily believes in meeting people where they are, that “health” doesn’t have one particular look, and that you don’t owe it to anyone to look any type of way anyway. (But if you’ve got goals to get jacked, then by golly let’s get you jacked!)
Emily is a NASM-certified CPT with specialized education in powerlifting, StrongFirst Barbell, and pre- and postpartum training.
Emily Levitan
Emily is a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a lifelong passion for movement and athleticism. Growing up, she was drawn to sports like track and field and soccer. As a working professional, she found herself immersed in a variety of group fitness classes and clubs, from weightlifting and HIIT to CrossFit, Zumba, and endurance sports like running and triathlons.
Emily loves how group workouts and personal training inspire people to push harder, have fun, and build a sense of community. She’s passionate about helping others gain strength—not just to perform better in the gym, but to enhance their everyday lives. Whether she’s hiking, rock climbing, or exploring the outdoors with her family, Emily lives by the philosophy that movement is a key to both physical and mental well-being.
John Romagno
John Romagno is a dedicated personal trainer committed to helping others stay active and moving. From an early age, he has always been involved in physical activities, using movement as a way to keep both his mind and hands busy. Fitness became more than just a passion—it was a tool for both physical and mental well-being.
Through years of staying active, John experienced his fair share of setbacks, including sprains, tears, injuries, and lingering joint and back pain. However, instead of letting these challenges hold him back, he took the time to understand his body, rehab his injuries, and rebuild himself stronger. Having experienced firsthand the frustration of being unable to do the things he loves, John deeply understands the mental and physical toll injuries can take.
Now, he uses his knowledge and experience to guide others through their own recovery and strength-building journeys. His goal is to help people move pain-free, regain confidence in their bodies, and get back to enjoying life to the fullest.
Meisha Klint
Meisha is a NASM certified trainer. He creates personalized programs for inspired people who want to feel good in their bodies.
“As a multi-sport athlete in high school, I continued powerlifting and strength training into my 20s. Though being fit and strong was always a desire of mine, as I got older I struggled to prioritize fitness goals in an increasingly busy life. When daily activities became difficult or painful, I knew I had to make a change. My passion has become my career, and now I enjoy building fitness into the lives of my clients.”
Meisha prides himself on designing “concierge” programs that meet his dynamic clients’ unique goals. From simply living fit to building strength and endurance, for all of life’s challenges.
