Barbells, Boy Bands, and Bagels is for you if:
◦ You feel like you’ve hit a strength plateau in class, and you want strategies to continue progressing
◦ You always feel like there’s something a little wonky with your form, but you can’t put your finger on what it is or how to improve it
◦ You’ve built up your technique using dumbbells and kettlebells, but you’ve been scared to take the plunge and lift the barbell
◦ You think every workout is better with a little bit of Backstreet Boys
